    This year has 20 years ago last edition of the Guide [3], which, in a sense of the word significantly influenced the further development of metrology. With this directive was changed view of the errors and inaccuracies of measurement results. Problems ofmeasurement uncertainties however, not were stagnate in recent years, but continue to evolve. The article completes liberal to papers line from last years of this seminar thus.
