Original language description
This paper presents the development and implementation of the Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) Simulator for turbo-prop and turbo-shaft engine control units (ECUs) on a low-cost embedded microcontroller. Developed HIL Simulator is a subsystem of a complex testdevice TPR_CPSP_SIM designed for use in the development and also in the manufacturing process of the ECUs. In this document, we describe the development process of the part of the HIL simulator, which runs the engine simulation model and provides selected signals for the tested control unit. Main goal for this project was to implement turbo-prop and turbo-shaft engine (gas turbines) TP100 and TS100 models into the microcontroller and setup the peripherals for the interaction with the rest of the systemto obtain reliable HIL simulation platform.
