    The multifunctional pilot unit for removing pollutants from the waste gas was designed. The unit is planned as flexible and mobile device, focusing on implementation of longterm catalysts tests in laboratory and operational environments. The unit can beused to test gas cleaning technology before the investment in new technology, or for shortterm and long-term testing of different catalysts types, e.g. for manufacturers of catalysts. It does not exclude its use for research purposes. Primarily the unitis designed to use monolithic catalysts for the removal of various pollutants, but it is possible to test the sprinkled catalysts with fixed catalytic bed.
