    This article describes approach to the complex geometrical constrains handling that was developed in the framework of the European project CEDESA focused on aerodynamic shape optimization in the context of aircraft design which is the main subject of cooperation between Swedish defence research institute FOI and Brno University of Technology. Free-Form Deformation parameterization method has been complemented with RBF coordinate transformation in order to enable handling of complex geometrical constraints needed in practical application of aerodynamic shape optimization.
