Preparation of highly organized nanowires using AAO template
Original language description
Series of anodization experiments were made on very pure aluminum (99.99 wt.%) with aim to prepare suitable nanostructural template for preparation of copper nanowires. Oxalic acid electrolyte was used for anodization at different voltage levels ranging from 20 to 60 V, then a post-anodization treatment was applied. Electrodeposition of copper in copper sulphate solution followed.
