The Analysis of Surfacing Welds of Inconel 625
Original language description
The issue of increasing the service life of combustion boiler walls is very topical in the energy industry. The theoretical part discusses the problems of waste incineration and its applicability in the energy industry. Furthermore, the technology of production of membrane walls and the corrosion-resistant liners themselves by different technologies is discussed. The welding technology is followed by a section that deals with nickel-based materials and then nickel superalloys, specifically Inconel 625. The last part of the theoretical work discusses the various analyses and tests that are used to test the various samples in the theoretical part, these include chemical composition analysis, macrostructure analysis and scanning electron microscope microstructure analysis. The material was subjected to selected mechanical tests, which include microhardness measurements and tensile testing.
