Original language description

The three co-operating departments have direct access to the TEN 155/34 CZ university network. At the Czech Technical University (CTU) there is a well-equipped ISDN laboratory, at the Technical University of Brno an experimental ATM network made up of 2active elements and connected to the university network (with Masaryk University participation). In 1999 an ATM analyzer has been acquired for detailed analysis of ATM and higher protocols and for the simulation of ATM operation. In some university courses it will be enable further expansion and improvement of experimental network, direct transmission to CTU (via ATM and N-ISDN).
