Original language description
The third-generation bipolar current conveyor and the multifunctional filter with CCIII in the current mode are presented. The bipolar structures of both CCIII+ and CCIII- as well as their simple small-signal models are defined. Some results of measurement on the CCIII current supply and PSpice simulation on a filter with CCIII are included.
