Original language description
Novel method of conductivity measurement of chemical solutions and its on-chip realisations in form of intelligent microsystem are proposed in this paper. Described method is modification of the voltage bipolar pulse technique to eliminate non-symmetricproblems of pulses. Designed method can reach high accuracy as the sensor microsystem and brings that way a powerful tool for conductivity measurements.
