Optimization of Frequency-Selective Surfaces: MCL II Algorithm Versus Genetic Optimization
Original language description
The paper presents a short overview of frequently used global optimization methods, and introduces novel polytope algorithms ? the methods of chaos lines. The principle of the latest method, the method of chaos line with moving cells is described, and isapplied to the optimization of a frequency-selective surface. The obtained results are compared with outputs of genetic algorithms at the end.
