    This article deals with problem of harmonic currents injected to public low-voltage power distribution systems when frequency inverter is used. Unfortunately, frequency inverters produce a lot of electromagnetic noise to public power supply through powerlines and to surrounding devices through radio waves. Only electromagnetic noise distributed through power lines is discussed in the text. Second part of this article deals with experimental measuring of high harmonic components with harmonic analyzer BK550.
