    The paper describes the new method of ECG monitoring. With new equipments and with assistance of GSM networks it is possible to monitor cardiac patients outside hospital. Health departments of governments are interested in telediagnostic systems to avoidcollapses in hospital and urgency services. Differences between circuit and packet data transfers are also mentioned.
