This is a research effort that helps define thermal infrared imaging as a diagnostic tool in breast cancer detection, which can be used as a complementary modality to traditional mammography. Our approach consists in the hybrid methods based on co-occurrence matrix.

Cílem výzkumu je zařadit při detekci mamokarcinomu zobrazení povrchové teploty pomocí infračerveného záření jako komplementární diagnostickou proceduru k tradiční mamografii. K dosažení vytčeného cíle používáme hybridní metody vytvořené na základě co-occurrence matrix.
