Original language description
In this paper the specialized workplace for digital video and image processing in Laboratory of television technique, FEEC BUT is introduced. The workplace consists of the personal computer powered by Matrox RT2500 realtime digital editing card with standard analog and IEEE 1394 digital inputs and according outputs. The record from digital MiniDV camera or any other analog or digital video signal can be captured and edited with the supplied professional editing software. The final record can be identifiied for MiniDV, VHS or S-VHS tape, CD-R/RW disk, DVD-R/RW disk or web. The workplace is used for research and education and it was created in-process of solving the development grant project FRVŠ no. 1930/2002 "Digital Video and Image Processing".
