Methods of current mode analog-to-digital converter design

  • Original language description

A current-mode technique is used for analog-to-digital converter design as a progressive technology. Low supply voltage, low power consumption, high sampling rate, circuit simplicity and easy integration on chip are main advantages. Main disadvanteges are noise, low dynamic range and nonlinearity. These advatages may be exploit and these disadvanges may be suppressed in circuit design. Parameters of the same analog-to-digital converter, which was designed, are discussed in this paper.
