    Behaviour of the voltage and current mode two output oscillators using AD844 device

  • Original language description

    The comparison of equivalent voltage mode and real current mode oscillators with exact phase shift between their two outputs using two active components are presented in this paper. By described oscillators the phase shift around 45 degree (easy from 17to 72 degree) or amplitude ratio can be set. The oscillation condition, condition for establishing oscillation, oscillation frequency and output signals ratio are defined. The voltage mode oscillator use transimpedance amplifiers and the current mode onee is composed from CCII+ current conveyors. For relevant comparison, both of them were designed with AD844. The first one use the full AD844 structure and the current mode version works with only the CCII+ included inside it.
