Study of Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) Kinetics in Solution for Biosensor properties optimizations
Original language description
The response of the biosensor with immobilized Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was evaluated using simple Michaelis-Menten model. The results show the unrealistic values of the immobilized enzyme characteristics. A more complicated model was tested to explain the nonlinear behavior of the biosensor response.
