Codes for Adaptive Error-Control Code Systems
Original language description
Codes for adaptive error-control code systems (ECCS) work in the correction-detection mode .There exist few codes of this kind. Very often they can be found by setting up code pairsmade up of a correction and a detection code such that the correction capabilities of the first code are overlapped by the detection capabilities of the other code. The present paper describes the simplest code of this kind, that is the Hamming code complemented with the parity bit. In the first place, however, it showss themethod of using it in ECCS.
