Universal Current-mode Electronically Controlled Biquad Employing MOTAs
Original language description
In the paper, a novel current-mode electronically controlled universal biquad using four MOTA elements is presented. The biquad can realize three different responses (lowpass, bandpass and highpass) simultaneously and another two filtering responses (notch and allpass) when appropriate outputs are connected. Biquad parameters - natural frequency f0 and quality factor Q can be controlled independently by control currents. All passive components are grounded. The proposed biquad is therefore suitable formonolithic integration.
