This paper presents a new device for testing of hard coatings. The dynamic loads simulation capability is accomplished by impact of a cemented carbide ball to the thin film composite on a substrate. This device ? Dynamic Tester (DT) permits variation ofthe impact force, impact frequency and a number of impacts. The reproducibility of test parameters is secured by means of the computer control.

V této práci je prezentován nový přístroj pro testování tvrdých vrstev. Dynamická zátěž je realizována dopadem karbidové kuličky na tenkou kompozitní vrstvu na substrátu. Toto zařízení - Dynamický tester (DT) umožňuje měnit sílu, frekvenci a počet úderů.Reprodukovatelnost parametrů testu je zabezpečena počítačem.
