    NOISE CHRACTERISTICS OF PIEZOCERAMICS SAMPLES

    Thermal noise is the main sources of voltage or current fluctuation in piezoceramic samples. Noise spectral density of thermal noise is proportional to sensor equivalent series resistance and decreases with increasing frequency. In the frequency range where sensor mechanical resonances appear noise spectral density may be expressed by the equation for thermal noise using equivalent series resistance value. Signal to noise ratio depends on sensor geometry and sample polarization. Automatic measuring set--up for noise spectral density measurements was used.

    Šumové charakteristiky piezokeramických vzorků

    Teplotní šum je hlavním zdrojem napětťové nebo proudové fluktuace v piezokeramice. Spektralní hustota teplotního šumu je přímo úměrná seriovému odporu nahradního obvodu a nepřímo úměrna frekvenci. Poměr signál šum u senzoru závisí na geometri a polarizaci uzité piezokeramiky. Automitacká meřící soustava byla užita pro měření spektralní hustoty šumu.
