    For the hard coatings testing and evaluation of their properties a new method ? Dynamic Impact Wear Test (DIWT) was suggest. The impact force and the repetition frequency of strokes are adjustable in the range from 50 N up to 200 N and from 5 Hz up to10Hz respectively. The experiments indicate that this method is very proper for hard coating testing. It is possible to quantify the number of the load cycles which a coated component can withstand and define a critical fatigue force and by investigatinngthe erosion area there is the possibility to obtain information about the film adhesion and elasticity.

    Pro testování tvrdých vrstev byla navržena metoda dynamického měření otěru (DIWT). Síla úderu je nastavitelná v rozsahu od 50 N do 200 N a opakovací kmitočet od 5 Hz do 10 Hz. Provedené experimenty ukazují, že metoda je velmi vhodná pro testování tenkýchtvrdých vrstev. Je možné stanovit počet úderů, které vrstva vydrží bez degradace a definovat kritickou sílu úderu. Zkoumáním oblasti eroze je možné získat další informace o adhezi a elesticitě vrstvy.
