After making some prototypes two identical DIWT devices were made and the DIWT experiments were performed. The results indicate that this method is very proper for hard coating testing. It is possible to quantify the number of the load cycles which a coated component can withstand and define a critical fatigue force.

Využití dynamického měřiče otěru
Czech description
Po zhotovení několika prototypů byly vyrobeny dva shodné testery pro dynamické měření otěru (DIWT) a byly provedeny rozsáhlé testy. Výsledky ukazují, že metoda je velmi vhodná pro testování tvrdých vrstev. Je možné stanovit počet zátěžových cyklů kteréovrstvená součástka vydrží a definovat kritickou sílu úderu.
