Comparison of the sigma-delta modulators
Original language description
Sigma-delta modulation techniques have been very successfully used in analog-to-digital converter (ADC) over the last two decades. Although sigma-delta concepts existed since the middle of the century, only recent advances in VLSI technologies have madepossible the appropriate handling of the bitstream generated by the 1-bit ADC. The main aim of paper was focused on sigma-delta modulators. The main sigma-delta modulator advantages will be described.
