    Idenfitication of Conductivity of Electrodes using EIT Total Variation primal-dual method

    In electrical impedance tomography (EIT) currents are applied through the electrodes attached on the surface of the object, and the resulting voltages are measured using the same or additional electrodes. Internal conductivity distribution is recalculated from the measured voltages and currents. The contact conductance between the electrode and the object is a source of deformation field and it has to be taken into account in image reconstruction. As the physical dimensions of the volume conductivity annd the contact conductivity are different, it is difficult to include both quantities in different regularization terms. In the paper we propose a simple modification model of contact conductivity so that it can be used in the total variation regularization term.

    V elektrické impedanční tomografii (EIT) jsou elektrody na povrchu zkoumaného objektu napájeny zdroji proudu. Napětí elektrod jsou měřena na těchže nebo napěťových elektrodách. Vodivost objektu přepočtena z měřených napětí a proudů. Kontaktní konduktancemezi elektrodou a objektem deformuje proudové pole a musí být vzata v úvahu při rekonstrukci obazu. V článku je navržen mdifikovný model kontaktní konduktivity, který lze použít při použití totální variace.
