One of the main disadvantages of Orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) is high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR). In this article, the effect of oversampling to compute PAPR and its CDF (Cumulative Distribution Function) is examined. Next, CDFfor one example of application of PRC (Peak Reduction Carriers) is analyzed.

Czech description
Jednou z nevýhod OFDM je vysoký poměr špičkového ku střednímu výkonu (PAPR). Článek se zabývá vlivem převzorkování na výpočet PAPR (Peak to averagr power ratio) a jeho distribuční funkce (CDF). Dále je CDF použita upro popis PRC (Peak reduction carriers)schématu.
