    The report deals with the development of suboptimal two-zone automatic control system of separately excited DC motor velocity.The design procedure is based on Bellman-Lyapunov method using decomposition principle.The control system is divided into two control subsystems of velocity and flux. The nonlinear design procedure of the velocity subsystem is fulfiled using Bellman-Lyapunov method formalism with immersion conception.The flux subsystem nonlinear design is conducted using the game approach and thee minimax optimum criteria optimization procedure. The results of the research of the designed control system are presented.
