Low Voltage Electric Machines - Future Trends
Original language description
In every vehicle, there is a number of electric devices used for various purposes. The individual types of electric devices differ from each other particularly by the power output, dimensions, weight, location, and the way of connection to the driven equipment. The aim of the work: to analyze, experimentally, losses and efficiency in both groups of machines. To examine and design measures to reduce losses, test the designs on particular samples and draw up data for implementation. To solve some still noot sufficiently examined losses, such as additional losses, specifying mechanical losses, etc. To test the possibilities of applying modern optimizing methods (genetic algorithms etc.) to optimize electric machines from the view of efficiency.
