The paper describes a novel structure of the low input impedance current mirror. This method is based on adding two auxiliary transistors into current mirror. The comparison of the features of the proposed current mirror with low input impedance and theother types of current mirror using the symbolic method is performed.

Czech description

Článek popisuje novou strukturu proudového zrcadla s nízkou vstupní impedancí. Metoda snížení impedance je založena na přidání dvou pomocných tranzistorů. Je provedeno srovnání vlastností navrženého zrcadla s nízkou vstupní impedancí s ostatními typy proudových zrcadel s využitím symbolické analýzy.
