    Modeling and Optimizing Antennas for Rotational Spectroscopy Applications

    In this paper, dielectric and metallic lenses with a horn antenna are modeled and optimized in order to enhance their gain with comparison to a horn antenna itself in the frequency range from 60 GHz to 100 GHz. Their properties are compared and discussed. All these structures are modeled in CST Microwave Studio Suite and optimized by Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to get required antenna parameters.

    Tento článek se zabývá modelováním dielektrických čoček a vlnovodnných čoček pro rotační spektroskop. Antény jsou optimalizovány pro impedanční přizpůsobení a zisk v pásmu 60 až 100 GHz. Antény s dielektrickými čočkami jsou modélovány v programu CST MW Studio a optimalizovány pomoci metody roje (PSO).
