    The major disadvantage of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) is the high Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR) of the transmitted signal. The main idea of this paper is to use a combination of two appropriate methods. First is the distortionlessmethod using data interleaving. Second is the distortion method of repeated clipping and filtering. This combination expect better PAPR reduction than both separatelly used methods. It is shown that the combination of interleaving with repeated clippingand filtering gives lower PAPR than the repeated clipping and filtering alone.

    Hlavní nevýhodou modulace Orthogonal Division Multiplex (OFDM) je vysoká velký poměr mezi maximální a střední hodnotou výkonu přenášeného signálu (Peak to Average Power Ratio - PAPR). Tento článek je zaměřen na kombinaci dvou metod pro snížení PAPR. Jedná se o interleaving následovaný opakovaným clippingem s filtrací. Je dokázáno, že použitá kombinace metod přináší nižší PAPR než samostatně použitá metoda opakovaného clippingu a filtrace.
