    A construction of inductance-free voltage divider is described in this paper. The divider is intended for singleshot measurement of voltage pulses with peak value of hundreds kV in extreme working and climatic conditions. The single-shot application of the divider required cheap and reliable design solution. This was achieved by using of cheap modification of serial produced high voltage insulators.
