    The problem of controlling Quality of Service with Voice over IP is very actual in present. The problematic is theoretically deeply analyzed already, but mainly for backbone (core) networks. When thinking about access networks, there was not enough attention paid on Quality of Service problem. The target of the paper is to analyze needs of voice applications from access networks view, to map present state of the topic and to propose optimal solution for controlling Quality of Service in access networkswith regard to existing infrastructure and with main focus on wireless and mobile networks.
