Current mode devices for real current mode circuits
Original language description
Several basic blocks convenient for efficient design of modern devices for current mode processing as COA, CDTA and CCTA was designed and manufactured in CMOS technology and they are presented in this paper. Even different internal topologies of the sametype of blocks were realized with respect to their crucial parameters. The measurement results as well as a brief comparison of the devices are included.
