Temperature influence on LED luminous flux

  • Original language description

Paper deals with property of modern light source- LED, which has predicated successful future in lighting technol-ogy. On the other hand there are still problems with suffi-cient lighting output or luminous efficiency respectively. One from the often overlook problem, is relatively high temperature influence on output luminous flux. We have had chance to measure one luminary sample with LED sources, where temperature influence was really evident. In this paper we publish interesting results from these measurements, which are important for any other luminar-ies producers, who work with this type of light sources. Besides it they should count with high surface temperatures of these luminaries.
