    New microchip has been designed with idea to implement bipolar pulse technique for high accuracy conductivity measurements of electrolytes. The microchip can be implemented into hand instruments within sensor to provide monitoring in fields. The electronic system including fabricated microchip and microcontroller for data collecting has been created and applied for pesticides detection. The haloalkane dehalogenases has been used as enzyme which release chloride ions from reaction with chloride-based pesticides. The conductivity changes have been analyzed using EIS (Electrochemical Impedance spectroscopy) and designed system with microchip. The system can be utilized for monitoring concentration of pesticides above 0,2 ppm.
