  • Original language description

    One of current trends is a sensor miniaturization by integration of sensing element with measuring circuits. The hybrid technology seems to be optimal for the miniaturization employing thick-film technology and mounted ASIC. The output signal from thick-film electrochemical sensor is low and output signal quality is often very reduced by long signal way from sensor to first measuring circuit. Therefore the thick-film electrochemical sensor with integrated potentiostat as microchip was designed. Fabricated sensor can be used for simple electrochemical measurements in laboratory or for electrochemical applications on field condition (e.g. for monitoring of environment, etc.).

    Jedním ze současných trendů je miniaturizace senzorů pomocí integrace čidel s měřicími obvody. Hybridní technologie se zdá být optimální pro miniaturizaci použitím tlustovrstvé technologie a moutáže ASIC. Výstrupní signál z tlustovrstvého elektrochemického senzoru je nízký a kvalita výstupního signálu je velmi často snížena dlouhou signálovou cestou ze senzoru do prvního měřicího obvodu. Proto byl navržen elektrochemický senzor s integrovaným potenciostatem ve formě mikročipu.
