Segmentace cév ze snímků retiny se používá v mnoha oblastech medicíny např. diagnóza nemocí, biometrická identifikace osob nebo registrace medicínských obrazů. Článek popisuje metodu pro předspracování retinálních snímků a následnou rychlou segmentaci cév pomocí disktétní vlnkové transformace. Segmentation of retinal vasculature from the retinal images is used in many medicine disciplines, e.g. eye disease identification, biometrics or image registration. This article describes preprocessing of retinalimages and method for fast blood vessels detection using two-dimensional discrete wavelet transform.
