Original language description
The pyroelectric IR detectors are devices for detecting fires. Sometimes they generate a false alarm. The surveyed detectors include thermal resistor and FET device which can be a source of random signals. This paper deals with measuring of I-V characteristic and voltage low noise spectral density. By the help these characteristics we can evaluation detectors and reduce false alarms.
