The contribution is devoted to constructions of semihypergroups and hypergroups of preference relations, in particular tolerance based on certain P-hyperoperations which generaliyed one-valued sandwich operations on semigroups. Basic separation axioms inbitopological spaces formel by left and right topologie associated with preference are also studied.
