This article present design of motor for Total Artificial Heart (TAH), which is developing on Brno University of Technology. For this application was chosen, as best choice, disc motor with axial flux and permanent magnet. Main reason for choose of thismotor is this, that this motor have short length, which do not increasing length of whole TAH. In the end of article is a present new possibility in this problematic.
