Methods for Solid Particle Flow Measurement
Original language description
This article is dealing with methods that may be used for solid particle flow measurement. The paper describes following methods: mechanical measurement, cross-correlation methods and electrostatic method, measuring of triboelectric charge, microwave methods, optical measurement and acoustic measurement. Acoustic methods are very sensitive and suitable for continuous sensing. For acoustic measurement could be applied acoustic emission, which is also useful for measuring of flow rate and particle size distribution.
