Voltammetric sensor topography optimization
Original language description
The problematic of planar voltammetric electrode systems - sensors is discussed in this paper. The three-electrode sensors were designed to be suitable for detection of species in aqueous solutions. This paper solves the question how the electrodes shapeand sizes influence the output current response of the electrode system. There were designed and fabricated two sets of several samples of differently shaped and sized electrodes using standard thick film technology. The first set was used for the evaluation of differently geometrical area sized electrodes to output current response. The second set was used for investigation of influence of differently shaped electrodes to output current response. Finally the results from these experiments are shown and discussed.
