Connections between PLC for real process simulations
Original language description
Possibility for real simulations is described in this paper. Using a Program Logic Controller (PLC) is described as alternative to construction of the real physical model. Described solution is very cheap. We need to have some (PLC) with analogue inputsand outputs only. Described solution can be first step for the real physical model construction. Solution is practical for many companies which don't have Matlab/Simulink or other similar software for the first design and simulation of the technologicalprocess too. Many problems are with the real process controls which aren't see in the simulations. Problems with the real process control are to see with this solution. Two controllers are compared in this article on the designed solution of the real process simulation. First controller is S-PD controller with fixed parameters and second controller is adaptive Takahashi's controller with identification based on neural networks with Levenberg-Marquardt learning algorithm.
