Original language description
The problematic of devices for testing and evaluation of semiconductor gas sensors used for environment monitoring is described in this paper. There was designed new device for gas sensors testing and evaluation in the subjects related with sensors - Microsensors and micromechanical systems and Biosensors. The aim was to design easy to use student workplace for experiments with semiconductor gas sensors. The workplace was designed and implemented to be suitable for simultaneous measurement of eight gassensors split into two TO-12 packages. The demonstration measurement was done using WO3 based gas sensor for NO2 detection. Using this device, we were able to detect 1ppm of NO2.
