Original language description
This article is devoted to new generation solar cells that could be used as a power source for small DC drives. Manufacturing of these solar cells is according to the standard ways very cheap and simple with the minimal energy demands. On the other handtechnical parameters (efficiency of energy transformation) of screen-printed solar cells are almost comparable to standard silicon solar cells. These features and other ones make them perfect power source for small DC motors. So this technology is becoming a new promising source of green power.
