This paper presents system architecture for sensor signal digitization utilizing bandpass sigma-delta modulator. The first version of proposed system architecture was implemented in 5V 0.7 microm CMOS technology. The paper describes possibilities of using proposed system architecture in impedance spectroscopy and in capacitive pressure sensor measurement.
