This paper deals with multimedia textbook of radio communication theory created at the Department of Radio Electronics, Brno University of Technology (BUT). The aim of this textbook was to provide the theoretical background not only to the students, butto all persons interested in this area. As well as its previous version, new theoretical topics were created and added into the WEB book. The new topics were focused on Cognitive Radio and Dynamic Spectrum Access, together with Spectrum Analyses of RadioFrequency Signals with their Optimization (mainly multicarrier communication systems).
