The article deals with the effects of parameters TE (echo time), ETL (echo train length) and ETE (effective echo time) in the FSE method. The images are compared in terms of signal / noise ratio (SNR). The importance of these parameters is explained in the article and also is described here algorithm for composing of all data in to k-space before 2-D fast Fourier transform. Measured images are analyzed and we determine the best settings for our sample. Multinuclear spectrometer/ tomograph 4.7 T/200mm was used for this experiment.
