    The article describes the creation of an automated laboratory workplace for monitoring the behavior of ferroelectric materials in the frequency, voltage and temperature domain. Workplace allows continuous measurements of components of the complex permittivity and calculation of parameters of Curie-Weiss law in the form of Curie temperature and Curie-Weiss constants. The second workplace is used to determine elements of the equivalent circuit of piezoelectric resonator for the fundamental and higher harmonics and to monitor temperature dependence of the resonant frequency of the piezoelectric resonator.
